Information you provide when creating reports, hazards, or audit findings, including narratives, locations, dates, attachments (photos, documents), and analysis data. This may include sensitive operational information. If you submit a report anonymously, we take measures not to associate your personal identity with the report content.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service. This is handled by our backend service provider, Google Firebase.

• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud Platform to host our application, store data, and manage authentication. We also use the Google Gemini API for AI-powered features. These service providers have access to data only as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, or (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.
